Q. How do I look after my flowers?
A. For bouquets:
- Remove any foliage that will be underwater
- Re-cut the base of the flower stems about 1-2cm. Cutting on an angle is ideal. Be sure to clean the vase and fill with fresh water. These steps should be done every 2-3 days to ensure flowers stay fresh
- Avoid direct sunlight, heaters, air conditioners or fans
For boxed arrangements:
- Check floral foam to see if it is still damp. If dry, pour water through the centre of the arrangement to the foam

Q. When will my flowers be delivered?
A. Our delivery hours for business addresses are between 9am & 5pm, and residential addresses between 9am & 6pm. School addresses will be delivered by 3pm. Please contact us prior to ordering if you need flowers delivered before a specific time and we will try our best to do that for you.
Q. Do you do same day delivery?
A. Order before 11am to ensure same day delivery. Orders received after this time, will be scheduled for the next working day.
Q. How much is delivery?
A. Delivery costs are based on the distance from our shop. Please add your flowers to cart to see the cost.
Q. What if the recipient isn't home?
A. If the recipient is not home, we will call their phone number as provided. If no contact can be made, flowers are left in a safe location out of the weather and a slip is left in the mailbox to confirm delivery time. If there is no safe or sheltered place, the delivery will be returned to Jackie's Floral Gallery at Kingsgrove.
Q. Can I drop off gifts to deliver with my order?
A. Yes, we can do that for you. We also offer a giftwrapping service. Just keep in mind that alcohol cannot be left if the recipient is not home.
