If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your flower order, email or call Jackie on 02 9150 9010 within 48 hours of receiving the flower delivery and Jackie will happily supply you with a replacement of the same value. We may firstly request a photo of the flowers and we would like to pick up the old flowers at the same time as we deliver the replacement.
